Dan has held his auction license since 1988. He is a highly skilled and charismatic auctioneer. His bold leadership and market knowledge has elevated Flynn Auctions to its current stature and prominence. To date he has built a company that has moved over $500 million in real estate. Dan is well-known on the Massachusetts Charity fundraiser auction circuit and frequently serves as Master of Ceremonies at several events. Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Boston College. He studied Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

Dan’s right hand man since 1991. He manages the company’s staff and daily operations. His leadership in business development has helped Daniel J. Flynn & Co., Inc. to become one of Massachusetts’ largest auction firms. A direct liaison to some of the largest financial institutions and law firms in New England, Paul is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the disposition of property. He earned his Degree in Business and Marketing from Stonehill College.

Since 2006, Mark has successfully conducted several thousand auctions.  His infectious personality and enthusiasm for the industry are unmatched. These traits serve him well as he also manages numerous relationships Daniel J Flynn & Co, Inc. proudly maintains with financial institutions, law firms, and prospective clients throughout New England.  Mark earned his degree in Business Management from Clemson University and is involved with the local Big Brother program. He also volunteers at many nonprofit organizations in the Greater Boston area.

Kevin Norton

Kevin Norton is a graduate of Mass Maritime Academy. He started his career in the merchant marines but has found his true calling in auctions and real estate. Kevin has carved a unique niche in marketing REO property – property that is in possession of the bank after auction. He is a hard working and persistent real estate salesman. He has found great success in liquidating a growing portfolio of troubled sub prime properties for the nations largest mortgage lenders.

James L. Chiccino
Vice President, Municipal Auctions

Jim is the former Treasurer and Tax Collector for the City of Quincy. Having served the City for over 10 years he experienced the auction process on tax title properties, doing some himself and hiring an outside firm to do others. Besides reducing tax delinquency, he also assisted in implementing a new financial software system in the Collector and Treasurer’s office, and automated bill paying. Jim also has 30 years of experience in banking and finance. He has held high level positions at midsized Massachusetts banking institutions.

Ken Redding

A Certified Public Accountant, and an alumnus of KPMG and Redding & Redding, Ken was previously the President and CEO of UniBank where he served for twenty-five years, in various capacities. He earned his BSA degree from Bentley University and has strong roots in the community. In 2008, the Worcester Community Action Council recognized Ken as an Action Hero.  Mr. Redding has a long record of public service having served on various committees and boards, as well as having been an instructor at the Massachusetts Treasurer’s and Collector’s Association annual school.

Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer

Michelle is a diligent and creative marketing professional. Her design portfolio shows extensive experience in auction marketing communications, both online and in traditional media. She has worked for printing companies where she gained knowledge of pre-press production methods for 4-color printing and graphics. Michelle received her certificate for graphic and web design from Design Principles Institute at Bridgewater State College.
