March 15, 2011: The City of Springfield, in conjunction with the Flynn Auctions team, has successfully sold all the properties on their latest auction list. Even with three of the properties being pulled from the auction, the City was able to generate over $400,000.00 in positive revenue. This auction portfolio was smaller than recent ones, but the interest in these auctions has not wavered.

Among the crowd were approximately 50 registered bidders hoping to score a bargain. "While we've grown accustomed to seeing familiar faces here, tonight we had a lot of new faces bidding. It's always great to have new excitement to create a more competitive atmosphere", said auctioneer, Dan Flynn.

City of Brockton, MA • 5 Properties, including Residential Parcels, Commercial Parcels and Vacant Lots

December 10, 2010: Flynn Auctions teams up with the City of Champions to auction 5 properties. The parcels consisted of 2 residential homes, 2 commercial lots and 1 commercial building. All 5 parcels were sold bringing in over $300,000 for the City.

Town of Stoughton, MA • Single Family Residence

December 6, 2010: The Town of Stoughton retains the service of Flynn Auctions to auction a single family residence. The home successfully sold to a third party and has been placed back on the Town's tax rolls.

City of Springfield, MA • 46 Properties, including Residential Parcels, Commercial Parcels and Vacant Lots

November 9, 2010: Springfield's last municipal auction of 2010 had a portfolio of 46 parcels; a mix of residential and commercial properties and residential and commercial land lots. With nearly 100 registered bidders, 39 of the 46 parcels sold at auction, bringing in more revenue than had been anticipated by City officials.
